Integrated Staffing Network is always evolving to meet the needs of our clients by becoming JCAHO certified. Our standard of professionalism includes through interviews, competency exams, comprehensive skills check list, criminal background checks, 5 or 10 panel drug tests and professional reference checks on all applicants.
In addition ISN agrees to the following:
- ISN will be responsible for the costs of employee's wages including Social Security, State and Federal Taxes, Workers' Compensation, Unemployment Insurance, Liability and Bonding Insurance and benefits.
- Completion of annual inservicing of OSHA/Safety and Infection Control, which includes but is not limited to: Hazard Communication, Fire Safety, Electrical Safety, Standard Precautions, OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens, TB, and Confidentiality (HIPAA).
- Required employee health questionnaire maintaining employee is in good health.
- Completion of Competency tests/skills checklist in appropriate areas.
- Verification of Caregiver Background Check (DHFS and DOJ).
- Verification of current professional licenses
- Verification of CPR, ACLS, PALS and NALS
- Health documentation for: MMR, TB, Hepatitis B and Varicella
- Proof of Citizenship as required by the US Department of Justice (I-9 Form).
- Completion of 12 hours continued education for all Certified Nursing Assistants as required by the State/Federal guidelines
